In January 2013, we made a decision to take the necessary action to push our Business to the next level ‘so to speak’.  This then led us to look at Business Mentoring as a possible way to achieve this.  We are a family run business and felt that having input from another source would generate new ideas and also look at our Business from a different angle.  This then led me to Ian Perry at Remedy for Business.

Ian came to see us at the end of January and has continued to offer advice and support until now, where we find ourselves achieving positive results and growth, albeit this is only after 3 months.  We look forward to growing this further over the remainder of 2013 and from this month, May, without the support of Ian although, although we will touch base with him again in 3 months for an update and take a view as to whether we require any further input from him and may well continue to do this over the remainder of the year if this is needed.

Ian has assisted in putting into place improvements and new procedures in the following areas:

 ·         Financial, i.e. budgets, targets, reporting, increasing turnover and profitability and also more detailed Management information for Board Meetings and growth plans.

 ·         Coaching and supporting the Directors and Staff on the above

 ·          Improving and Implementing new Marketing Strategies

 ·         General advice and support

 It is suffice to say that Ian has been a great help and support to us and I am sure will continue to do so when needed.  He was always available at the end of a phone or quick to contact us whenever we felt the need to speak to him.  I have no doubt that we would not have achieved the improvements and results that we have to date without his guidance, support and input.

As a Company we are very grateful and would we would absolutely recommend Ian to any Business or Institution.
