October 2012 will see the implementation of pension auto enrolment for companies with 120,000 staff or more.  

All companies will have to have enrolled their staff by October 2018, with businesses with fewer than 30 employees last to implement.  Vist the Pensions Advisory Service to find out what this might mean for you as an employer.
