In January 2013, we made a decision to take the necessary action to push our Business to the next level ‘so to speak’.  This then led us to look at Business Mentoring as a possible way to achieve this.  We are a family run business and felt that having input from another source would generate new ideas and also look at our Business from a different angle.  This then led me to Ian Perry at Remedy for Business.

Ian came to see us at the end of January and has continued to offer advice and support until now, where we find ourselves achieving positive results and growth, albeit this is only after 3 months.  We look forward to growing this further over the remainder of 2013 and from this month, May, without the support of Ian although, although we will touch base with him again in 3 months for an update and take a view as to whether we require any further input from him and may well continue to do this over the remainder of the year if this is needed.

I have known Ian for the past 9 months as Falconrise’s financial advisor, the company I bought last year. The sheer depth of knowledge and expertise that Remedy were able to bring to the table was excellent. Their approach was to keep everything simple and jargon free and by using their structured planning methods were able to keep us fully focused on the agreed targets.

We had no financial reporting and controls and the owner was putting money into the company to support it every month. Remedy helped us get control back and were instrumental in turning around our fortunes.
